Did a search and couldn't find what I was looking for, so hopefully someone might be able to lend a hand.

I'm looking at picking up the ALICE LC-2 frame from the shop here. One thing that I was wondering about was the mention of the LC-3 kidney belt. Not too sure what LC-3 style means, as I've only really seen the LC-1 and LC-2 style packs online. What I'm looking for is a complete pack from with either the LC-1 or LC-2 style kidney belt and not the "thick" buckle styles that seem to be readily available. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The thick buckle is all you will find on brand new ALICE Frames made in the last 10 years or so. We call it LC-3 just because there really isn't anything better to call it, it's a new style.

You certainly could buy a new one and source a LC-2 Kidney buckle on eBay, or try to find a complete used one.

No. All frames excepting ones made perhaps before 1990 are made in Asia.
