I've no doubt this has been covered before, but anyone any tips on how to make a Garrett figure?

Trendmasters did make a prototype figure of him and there a decent amount of photos of it on the web. Best way to do it would model it in a 3D modeling program and have it printed. You could go old school and sculpt one and have it cast in resin.
