Hello, I've attempted to contact GBFans via the webmaster email address, with no response. This order was paid for on July 20, and still has not been shipped. All items were noted to be in stock.

Please advise what the delay is.

The first part of your order shipped today (which included the custom nametag), the 2nd part is a pre-order that will ship when it is in stock.

I am still about 1-2 weeks behind on some orders. We have reached peak Halloween season since June!
