Random Hyperlink links Appear To Spam Sites Issue

Hello. I brought this up to Kingpin in a unrelated thread and thought I'd create something here that can either help get to the bottom of the unknown issue or help warn users about what's going on. First a small bit of backstory:
I was going over a comment I had posted and noticed the words "Lethal Weapon 2",which I included in my post as just plain old regular text, had been made into a hyperlink that links to some cheap Amazon/EBay knock off. I certainly never put a link piece of text in that post. Anyways I mentioned something to Kingpin & he told me this isn't unheard & has occurred before. It's weird. The hyperlink seems to disappear & randomly come back. And it just happened again in a Ghostbusters 2 related post.
I made the suggestion that all users be made aware of this issue so that someone doesn't click and give these guys traffic or worse buy a product from them.
