I tried to save him, but the Grundel swatted me away. Said he'd come back for me… someday. Nobody believed me. They thought it was a kidnapper. Jack was never found.

They did a reference in a earlier issue as well, in a story where cursed objects sends people into movies and GB is one of them.

I got a copy of this not long ago and I really enjoyed the Ghostbusters spoof story in the beginning. I think that somebody at Bongo comic is a Ghost Head, since this is the fourth time that I have seen a Ghostbusters reference in the Simpsons comic series.
