Howdy, I used these

and used epoxy putty to attach the risers then used a short riser on the top. I attached all my electronics to the shell, so when i removed it I reduced the risk of yanking on the wires, and easier to line up the lights better. but its a preference but should work the same.

I've seen others just use like #6 nuts and bolts to mount aluminum plates and then use risers from there off the board. its really up to you whats easier. I tried to drill as few holes as possible in the MOBO (not including the speaker holes)
