Did some scrounging on Youtube - noticed a guy did a sound isolation for the Giga Meter sounds. Anybody know if these sounds were ever made available anywhere?

Not to my knowledge. The guy you speak of, I believe, is David An, who did a kickass giga meter with his own electronics and sound chip.
