Hey there,

I’ve been slowly working on a hero TC gb1 trap. The kit has been an absolute blast to work with, and the references on these forums of other TC builds (and his own Imgur instructions) have been wonderful.

However, I noticed after installing the rail system and inserting the cartridge; the handle (and the wall it’s mounted on) flexes a fair amount when picked up by the handle. I have not yet bondo’d the T-nuts per TC’s instructions, but I’m skeptical that a small amount of bondo would solve this issue. I’m just concerned given the weight of the trap, that the inner wall the handle is mounted to may break under stress.

I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this? If so, do they have a good way of reinforcing the handle and where it’s mounted, without compromising the cartridge ejection system?

Thanks in advance!
