Highly recommend Proton Props in the UK. Make sure you know what your budget is, as it'll vary by seller. Bear in mind you get what you pay for though, so if you want screen accurate you need to budget for that.

Ben of Kent is another excellent builder.

Whoever you go with though, avoid VideoBob. His products are shoddy, and ripped off of other people's work.

He's stopped doing commission builds now, said he didn't really have time for them.
