Jupiter Light Kit Power Cell issue

Was messing with one of my packs today and when I switched it on, I noticed the power cell lights had flipped and were running top to bottom rather than the normal bottom to top. Anyone else encounter this issue with the Jupiter kit?

Yeah, it's a feature of the kit to allow you to install the board either way round (to suit your build clearances), or for preference I suppose.
If I remember right, you turn the power to the board on and off quickly five times.
The wand board does the same thing; you hold what would be the 'Intensify' button while powering up the board.
