Ok my brain is starting to turn to mush and I need some visual assistance please.
This is my current set up. (in progress ordering parts once I have this figured out)

Spirit 2018 Proton Pack.
GBfriends sound card
Spongeface light kit.
jumper cable for the sound card and light kit
speaker

I have been reading product descriptions, guides and such. So I know how to hook the GB sound card to the Spongeface light kit using the ribbon cable from the website. I know where the speaker goes. I know where the battery goes. What I don't know is where does the Spirit want plug into? So I can still use the trigger and it still lights up.

I know about putting in a master switch. That turns the whole system on and off. But then can I put a switch on the sound card where it says power up to actually get the lights to turn on in conjunction with the power up sounds??

What I am asking is. If anybody else is using this type of set up. If you are either 1 willing to take some pictures or two help with a diagram. I would really appreciate it.... I don't want to fry any of my boards by accident...
