I purchased the film accurate version, and let me just say that I could not be happier, it really has that hand made by the props department kind of feel to it. Unlike other purchasable patches on the market, this one strive to bring to life the imprecision of the original film patch in the best way possible. 10/10

This patch looks great, the overall out of 5 must be people nit picking because the movie patch is slightly different..
Nonetheless, looks perfect, so does the GB2 patch.

The embroidering is so well done, almost everyone that has seen it thought it was printed. I did my research before purchasing, & this is by far your best option.

As mentioned by others, a little pricey, but it's definitely worth it. Colors look great and looks well stitched, no loose strands, nothing!

I'll be honest: this patch is pricey. It's way more than you'd pay on a site like eBay. However, you really don't know what type of quality to expect from some sellers. Not only that, but sizing can be a big issue. This one just *looks* like what you need. I'm happy to spend the extra bit of cash to get something that the die-hards approve of.

You won't find a better quality No Ghost patch than this one. There are a few out there that come close, but this is definitely the one you want.

A very high quality patch! The lines are perfect, the colours are awesome. You can't find better in market place. Got three no ghost patch from various sellers and yhis one is the best by far!

Looks georgious! Just as described! Came packaged with my new Tru-Spec suit, in it;s own plastic and protect, and arrived undamaged ready to be put on! Very clean and professional looking!

Great movie accurate patch. It can be sown or adhesive attached to your flight suit.
The patch also appears to be well made.

The colors on this are brilliant. The fact that it comes with an iron-on backing gives you alternatives to adding it to your uniform if you cannot sew or have no one who can sew for you.

This patch was exactly what I was looking for. The red is maybe a shade or two lighter than I was expecting, but overall it is certainly head and shoulders above any other patch I've purchased from other sources.

Perfect! This patch is amazing! The stitching, color and size are perfect. I've bought others on line from another source but this one is just perfect. If you want a screen accurate patch, this is the one to have.

This is the first "No Ghost" patch I have bought so can't compare it to others but from looking at various pictures from other online stores these ones are way ahead in the face detail. The stitching is very neat all over.

Bought 5 of these over my time. Well crafted with crisp clean design and edges. Much better than any I have seen from other retailers (other than the screen type ones). Definitely a must have.

This patch is absolutely excellent. The stitching is on point, the fabric is firm and all of the small details are really well defined. It is easy to stitch on and even easier to iron on to a flight suit or other piece of fabric.

Best GB1 patch you can get online. Have this and a katarra8 patch, both of good quality but I prefer the GBFans patch a bit more. Great size and works great on my suit.

Honestly, it does not get any better than this. Everything is perfect, right down the the thread color. There is no awkward cloth line outside of the borders. The detail is the highest caliber of any Ghostbusters patch that I've had in my hands. The face details are what can make or break the infamous "no ghost" logo and this is WAY passed make!

I've bought several of these and I love them. The red stands out radiantly and looks great on a khaki uniform. The patch is very well stitched with beautifully aligned, tight threading. The first patch I bought looked like it might have had a thread misfire as the ghost's eye was connected to his eyebrow, but I was able to carefully snip the thread and all was well. Another small thing that bothered me is that around the black outline (hands and head), the white backing shows through a little on the edges. I easily fixed that with a black sharpie and all is well. Other than that, the patch is beautiful and bold and will get noticed!

This is the first patch I've ever bought, so I can't speak to the quality of this one over others. I will say it looks very nice up close and has a great texture. The stitching is good, but the patch I received has a couple loose threads (which I'm kind of afraid to snip off, as I don't want to compromise the integrity of the stitching). Other than that, I love it!
How do you accept payment?
We currently accept payments through PayPal and directly with Credit Cards. The credit cards we accept are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept cash or money order as they slow down our automated ordering process.
When will my order ship?
We ship orders on regular business days, Monday through Friday, national holidays excepted. Our ordering system will provide you with an estimated ship date based on stock availability and volume of outstanding orders. During the Halloween rush period (July - October) we typically have hundreds of orders waiting to be packaged and shipped. During this time period it is not unusual to have to wait a week or more for your order to ship out. Please be patient! Please anticipate this delay and order your parts as soon as possible. During other times of the year, the estimated ship date is going to be the most accurate source for a shipping status. The estimated ship date can be found by following the order status link in the order confirmation email you received.
Why will it take so long to ship my order?
You may have received an estimated ship date during the ordering process that indicates that your order won't ship for a few days, or even a few weeks or months. Please note that we ship all in stock items in the order in which they were placed. If we are experiencing a high demand and have a lot of outstanding orders, your order may be delayed until we can get through the orders that were placed ahead of yours. Additionally, not all items are in stock at the time of ordering. Please note the "Availability" on the product page for the item you are purchasing. Some items are special orders or pre-orders and those items will force a later ship date than in stock items.
How long does shipping take?
This generally depends on the shipping process you select during checkout. Not all options will be available for all locations. In the US, we offer USPS and UPS shipping options. For USPS, the quickest option is Priority Express, which is typically 1-2 day delivery, followed by Priority Mail (2-3 days), First Class Mail (3-4 days) and Parcel Post (4-5 days). UPS provides a similar service with their One Day, Two Day, Three Day and Ground (3-5 day) services.
Customers in Canada typically receive their orders in 1-2 weeks and International customers can receive their orders anywhere from 1 week to 6 weeks. Please note that a large portion of the timeframe for international packages is time spent going through customs in the receiving country. We do not have any control over the speed at which customs processes your package. Please anticipate these delays and order your parts as soon as possible.
What is the status of my order?
You can find the status of your order at any time by viewing your
Order History on Ghostbusters Fans. If you were not logged in when you placed your order, you will have received an Order Confirmation email with a link that you can follow for a current status.
Can I add an item to my order?
No. We do not allow items to be added to an order after it has already been paid for. There are many reasons for this. Mainly the Ghostbusters Fans Shop is 100% automated, and it is simply not possible to do this. There are also increased shipping costs associated with adding any item, as well as processing fees and other things. During times of high volume, it would also be unfair to others to bump items up the queue into an existing order. It also requires a considerable more amount of work for us to do. If you do need more items from the shop, you must place an additional order. At the time of shipment, if we see two orders, we may at our conveinence combine the orders into one package to save time, money, energy, paper and packing supplies.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on items, unless there was a mistake that
we made during delivery. If we made a mistake, please
email us immediately.
Will you mark an order as a gift or under value it on customs forms?
Under no circumstances will we mark an item as a gift or write a lesser amount on a customs form.
Can I use a 9V Battery?
Lots of people see the voltage requirements of this sound board (9V-14V) and assume they can use a typical rectangular 9V battery to power it. This board has an onboard amplifier that requires a minimum amount of power that a 9V battery cannot reasonably output. Typically when a 9V battery is used the power output is noisy, clipped and not very loud. Additionally when using a 9V battery, the battery will be drained in only 10-20 minutes of use. Therefore a standard 9V battery cannot be used.
Can I cancel my order?
The GBFans.com Shop is a small business. In order to operate efficiently, orders must be maintained once they are placed. We are unable to honor requests to cancel items. Many items such as pre-order and special order items are ordered on your behalf with our suppliers and / or are custom made for you. These items cannot and will not be cancelled unless the supplier is unable to provide the ordered items. In stock items similarly will not be cancelled for any reason including but not limited to: finding a lower price, changing your mind or realizing afterward that the order would arrive later than you desired. Making a purchase is ultimately a contract that you agree to purchase an item and we agree to ship an item as quickly as we are able to. As always we provide shipping estimates and costs up front. We are simply unable to accommodate customers that want to make these changes after the order has been placed.
Why will it take so long to ship in stock items?
As mentioned in a previous Frequently Asked Question, we ship items in the order in which they were received. The GBFans.com Shop has a sophisticated shopping cart system that queues customer's orders and generates an expected ship date. This ship date takes into account all other customer's orders and determines your place in the line. If shipping dates are estimated to be several days, weeks or months into the future, this means we have a large number of other customers who are also waiting on orders. The GBFans.com Shop is a small business, we do not have a large shipping department. One person works to handle all aspects of the Shop including research, development, production, ordering, custom orders, customer service, accounting, support and shipping. Your patience is appreciated. We always provide an estimated shipping date before you place your order. We strive to beat the estimated ship date whenever possible.
