hey guys,

i recently got a sound kit and light kit for the pack but since I'm low on funds i had to forgo the gun kit for another time. what i do like to do is wire a simple LED circuit to the firing switch in order for the sound and the light to work in sync. While I did do this initially I ended up eating thru batteries for the light since it went thru them fast. Im using a 12volt battery (the small ones u find in garage remotes) and a 12 volt LED.

this is the led I'm using

and the battery i'm using

Like I said, it worked initially, but then it would go thru the battery quickly.

unless theres a way to rig the light to run off the power supply from the pack that'd be awesome!

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Those A23 batteries have a very low mAh rating, like 50. Compare that to the typical blue brick which is closer to 10,000. That’s why you’re burning through batteries.

What are the specs of that LED? What is your other power source?

you need to upgrade your power source for sure, I recommend using one of the blue bricks, you can get them here in the shop, or on Amazon. They will last longer, the soundboard eats a lot of power.
