Hey, I'm going to need to cancel an order I made over a month ago. The shipping date keeps on getting pushed farther and farther back and my cosplay deadline is too close now. I've sent a pair of emails to the webmaster account but I haven't heard anything back.

Ok. I'm not sure why you aren't seeing it, I sent an email on the 10th and the 14th to webmaster@gbfans.com. I've sent another, please let me know if you don't see it. Thanks AJ
