Did the order actually complete? Does it list anything in your shop account? The lack of a confirmation email would suggest the order hasn't been received on the GBFans end.

Go to the main home page... Click on SHOP.... from there click on Account.
Your should see a section that says ORDERS. It will have an order ID number, The date of the order, the amount spent, and the status of the order. If you don't see those things then the order did not complete.
