...can we have a mark all as read button again, and is there anyway to make the trending news section on the front page exclude article about Melissa McCarthy's weight loss? No matter how many times I hit the red x, every time I open the page there's another story about it!

The "mark all read" button still exists. If you go to the main page of the forum and click on the "forum" tab with the down arrow, it should be the last option available.

The news thing however is trickier, my guess is the news feed is set to pick up any articles that mention Ghostbusters (hence why we end up with so many stories about "'X PLACE' calls in the Ghostbusters" whenever some place calls in a bunch of paranormal investigators. As long as they keep calling her "Ghostbuster Melissa McCarthy", or "Ghostbusters' Melissa McCarthy", those pointless articles will keep popping up in the feed.

AJ may know some additional tricks, he's also the only person who can change the parameters.

As far as the Melissa McCarthy thing, that's pretty much what I figured.
