To where would I let someone know that the address a recent order was placed to is incorrect? I don't believe the order has shipped yet and want to make sure b it's going to the right place. Thanks.

Replying to your Order Confirmation email is easiest. If it is the order that does not yet have a shipping address associated, that will be collected from you during a manual payment.

Can't seem to find my order confirmation e-mail, the payment was made through paypal, and I forgot to update my address, as such the payment has already been made.

The shipping address may have been entered differently from the PayPal (billing) address.

In any case, just send me a PM with the updated address and order number (if you know it).
