I am in the middle of working on a Slime Blower and saw a video on YouTube of someone who had built a working Slime blower that shot Silly String . I have been trying to figure out how it was done but have come up empty . Does anyone have any ideas on how i can accomplish this goal?

If there are half-height cans of silly string out there, it looks like he may've mounted one sideways inside the thrower and activates it by pushing the casing against the bottom of the can.

The Spider-Man web shooter would be a good way to start. You'd need to rig up a mechanism to help it fire once it's mounted in the cannon but it should give you the desired effect.

thank you for the ideas . found something that works just as well . I poked a hole in the top of the cap and covered the original hole with hot glue. now the silly string shoots out of the top of the can .

I printed a nosecone that's a replacement nozzle for the can of silly string. Just need to push the can further into the nose cone and out squirts

What happens when you run out of silly string? Do you adjust a new can (add and cover holes)?
