Hey guys, my friend's PKE Meter just started having a kinda serious problem. The wings no longer move. Lights and sound, no problem, but the wings are stuck. I've tried forcing them to move as I press the buttons, but I don't want to apply too much force in fear of breaking something. Has anyone encountered this problem? Any known fixes?

And yes, I've switched the batteries to brand new ones.

I just bought one on eBay that had the same problem. I opened it up and found it had a broken wire.
