Hey gang!

I'm undertaking an editing project, and have been trying (unsuccessfully) to get into the BIN files of the game's memory to access the 'clean' SMP dialogue files for Aykroyd, Murray and Ernie Hudson's performances.

After about two days of trying every program I could think of to crack the sucker open, I figured I'd throw a hook into the waters around here to see if anyone else has done this in the past. Anybody here successfully done this? It would help me out alot if someone could provide me with those files, I've been grabbing audio snippets from the game, but with the BG soundtrack and overlapping foley, alot of the takes aren't coming out as very clean or usable.

To convert the smp files to a readable sound file, you need a program entitled vgmstream. The website for it has been long shut down but downloads still exist. It just requires a bit of google searching.
