Hey all-
After five months I've finally completed my Wall-E build. I posted a picture of it almost completed giving out candy during Halloween on the Happy Halloween thread (http://www.gbfans.com/community/viewtop ... 33#p467733)
While there's some minimal detailing left to do, and I need to reengineer his hands so they're more robust, he's in a good place to share.
Wall-E is a complete scratch build -no found parts. He was relatively inexpensive to build, he's made primarily from left over materials from other projects: PVC, MDF, pine, wood plank, acrylic, primer and spray paint. His construction killed my band saw, I had to go out and by a new one on Halloween morning (yeah! I love new toys )
If you're interested in making your own, plans can be found on the Yahoo! Wall-E Builder's Group site.
