Must be something in the air, I also worked on a 10.5" in TARDIS.
Built of styrene, foam core, a plastic strawberry container, a cardboard cereal box, and a few business cards.
Used spray paint to get a cut pattern for the sides
Cut out the panels and windows and begin "layering" the details
Creating the top out of foam board
Creating the lightbox signs
Sides complete
Assembled with lantern on top (lantern is a pen top, a couple of rubber o-rings and styrene
Canabalized a battery-powered, flashing Christmas light string, re-wired to keep all but one LED on, and added lighting
