Just an idea I've had for a while, I'm putting it out here...
It seems like proton pack parts are awfully exposed. It always seemed a little unbelievable to me that they would be able to withstand submersion in liquids (as the cartoons often showed). So what if - as a sort of add on - the GB's had clear casing (contoured to the pack and gun), to protect the equipment during those "aquatic busts"?
Something like this would look really cool in my opinion. I don't have the means to attempt such a thing, but I think it would be a cool project/experiment. Seems like it could be practical both within the GB universe, and in real life. I mean, surely people have experienced prop damage due to rain, or spilled beer....
