Hi All,

Finally bought a couple of MT500s and have antennas from another set of radios that I am cutting down to look appropriately "stubby". I tried to give my best estimate at the length but I still think they look too long.

Does anyone have a good idea of length from top of the radio to the tip of the antenna. I figured that measurement would be best as my antennas full length including threading may differ from others.

Mine measures 1-3/4" from the top of the radio to the tip of the antenna
