Discuss all things Ghostbusters here, unless they would be better suited in one of the few forums below.

Off the top of my head (some are more explicit than others):

Take Two - The Ghostbusters travel to Los Angeles to see the making of the motion picture Ghostbusters, based on their battle with Gozer.

Citizen Ghost - Occurs in the hours directly after the Ghostbusters defeated Gozer, and then spans the period of the days, weeks, and probably a month or two after the battle as they rebuild the business.

Ghostbusted - The ectoplasmic manifestation of Gozer the Gozerian makes a brief appearance at the end of this episode.

The Collect Call of Cthulhu - As the Ghostbusters begin their investigation into the theft of the Necronomicon from the New York Public Library, the talk briefly turns to Gozer, in which Egon remarks that Cthulhu would make Gozer "look like Little Mary Sunshine".

Janine Melnitz, Ghostbuster - As the Ghostbusters pack up Ecto-1 following one in a series of jobs resulting from a surge in paranormal activity in New York, they speculate on whether the upsurge could be a re-emergence of Gozer, which Egon dismisses as the readings don't correspond with the god. Ray later explains to Janine that the villian of the piece, Proteus, is one of the primal gods "like Gozer".

DEADCON 1 - The Stay Puft manifestation (having now been incarcerated within the Containment Unit) is released in order to appear at the DEADCON 1 convention at Plump Towers.

The Revenge of Murray the Mantis - Whilst analysing the malevolent manifestation of Murray the Mantis, Egon speculates that the entity could have a life force "as high as Gozer's". In order to tackle it, they strategise releasing the Stay Puft Marshmallow man from the Containment Unit in order to fight it. In addition to featuring the second major appearance by Mr. Stay Puft, this episode features the first time we see the Containment Unit breach in the cartoon.

Egon's Ghost - A Terror Dog makes a brief appearance after Ray, Peter and Winston enter the netherworld to find Egon.

Sticky Business - Mr. Stay Puft makes his third major appearance in the series.

The Copycat - This episode features the second appearance of a Terror Dog.

Big Trouble With Little Slimer - Walter Peck returns as a member of the B.U.F.O., intent on causing trouble for the Ghostbusters, starting with detaining Slimer.

Partners in Slime - Prior to sending Peter out with Shifter to locate Janine and Louis, he's coated with psychoreactive mood slime collected during the encounter with Vigo the previous year.

The Halloween Door - This episode features the second on-screen Containment Unit explosion to be featured in the series (however, the dialogue spoken by Ray contradicts the earlier incident witnessed in The Revenge of Murray the Mantis). Mr. Stay Puft also appears briefly after the Containment Unit has been destroyed, as Boogaloo performs his big number.

Jailbusters - As the Ghostbusters escape the spectal jail they've been held in, they're pursued by the warden, who has a pair of Terror Dogs in chains as attack dogs.

There may be more I've forgotten, but that's the majority of references.

"Slimer, Come Home" - In the aftermath of the party, Peter refers to his first encounter with Slimer when he got slimed.

"The Boogieman Cometh" - As Peter jumps into the Boogieman's portal, he tells Egon, "See you on the other side, Egon."

"Adventures in Slime and Space" - Peter mentions the first encounter with Slimer again. The Mayor also mentions the Terror Dogs and the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man. After the first meeting with the Mayor, Egon's plan prompts Ray to tell Peter to give Egon a chocolate bar. Though it a nod to the post-New York City Public Library scene in the first film.

"A Fright at the Opera" - Peter tells Diva he saved the world once.

"Doctor, Doctor" - Peter quotes his "Heat 'em up!" line as heard in the movie, and the other three Ghostbusters respond "Smoking!" accordingly.

"Ragnarok and Roll" - The ABC Theater has a showing of "Ghostbusters"

"Egon's Ghost" - Winston says he hasn't seen a Terror Dog in a long time.

"Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Ghost" - Peter says, "I've always wanted to do this" in the restaurant, the same thing he says at the Sedgewick Hotel. And a bit of an aside but the 664-4678 phone number was first used in Ghostbusters: The Supernatural Spectacular adaptation.

"The Collect Call of Cathulhu" - The opening shot of a focus on the library's lion statue is similar to the opening shot of the first film. In the script, when Ecto-1 departed the Firehouse for the library, there was an exchange between Ray and Peter. Peter referred to the Library ghost in the dialogue. The man on the train says he would have thought Venkman was an astronaut. The man at the Sedgewick hotel in the first movie asks Venkman, "What are you supposed to be, some kind of a cosmonaut?" Winston voiced his regret over answering the ad the Ghostbusters placed.

"The Revenge of Murray the Mantis" - Winston alludes to the Twinkie analogy.

"Something's Going Around" - This episode featured another new look for Janine. This time, her hairstyle matched that of her look in Ghostbusters II. This episode marks Louis Tully's first appearance in the series, and he is already working for the Ghostbusters.

"The Halloween Door" - J. Michael Straczynski, during a visual commentary, points out that the destruction of the Containment Unit is stylistically lifted from a similar scene in the first Ghostbusters film.

"Mean Green Teen Machine" - The Mean Green Teen Machine slime the Statue of Liberty temporarily bringing her to life, very similar to a major part of Ghostbusters II which came out the year before. Winston and Egon talk about the aftermath of the events in Ghostbusters II. Winston says, "Remember what happened the last time we dug up the street?" Although that Winston was not involved in that incident in the movie. This also could imply Winston was part of the incident in the animated canon. Egon implies the River of Slime was pumped out in a few days time.

"Elementary my Dear Winston" - Peter reminisces about how their first case at the library.

"The Haunting of Heck House" - Egon mentions stopping Gozer. Peter reminds Egon of the first case at the New York Public Library, and hopes for Egon's sake that the spirits in Heck House never saw the movie.

"Loose Screws" - Peter says, "Nice shootin' Tex!" to Winston.

"Revenge of the Ghostmaster" - Probably reaching but when Ray and Egon conduct research at the New York City Public Library, the construction shown by a man working on scaffolding could be a homage to the scene in the first movie .

"The Treasure of Sierra Tamale" and "Attack of the B-Movie Monsters" - the "Psychomagnotheric" term is used in both episodes.

Not sure if this is intended to be a reference to Ghostbusters II, but at the beginning of Revenge Of The Ghost Master a newspaper is seen blowing in the wind with a picture of the GB's and the headline Ghostbusters Save The City. Given that this episode aired months after Ghostbusters II had played in theatres, it would not surprise me if this was a reference to it.
