I am hoping to get a Western Mass. Firehouse in and around Springfield, MA. Hoping to have it grow over time and is open to anything.

How much?

I saw one for sale over in a neighborhood by where I used to live. Houses were averaging $200,000.

The firehouse was 1.2 million dollars. (and it wasn't even that big..)

Sorry for not being more specific, I didn't mean a literal firehouse but organize a group of Ghostbusters like Fort Collins or Denver's. Something for New England, gotta include all the states if anything.
