The signing event's location as changed. I have called Joe Canal's Liquor to confirm this. It will be at the Joe Canal's in Woodbridge, NJ; which is North Jersey.

This signing is becoming a pain in the ass. But I have called and this is where its at.

I found why google dosen't like the address.
This was formerly a "Bottle Smart" store. If you go to google streetview you will see the old storefront.

However on microsoft bing, the birds eye view shows a new Canal's storefront.

To get directions from Google, plug in these coordinates:

Just check the google streetview to make sure it matches up on your browser.

But seriously, there was a group picture taken with like 15 GBs and Dan in the center. It was awesome.

was cool but ended up getting a little screwed up for me. Got there about 10-20min too late for the group picture. Then they wouldnt let my GF in because she wasnt 21, which is bs, its not a bar (ironiclly she works at a bar). waiting in line wasnt too bad with peoples questions about my pack but was hot in uniform lol. got jumped ahead at the last length, came up to aykyroyd turned arund to hand the person behing me my camera since my gf couldnt be there and the person that was behind me is still several feet back, too much rushing so couldn't get a picture. He did sign my pack though.

All in all, i just wish i was able to leave a few minutes earlier to get in the group photo with the rest or everyone.

Anyone else get "interviewed" more or less by a reporter woman. Assuming she was for something, she wrote down my info where i was from and took a bunch of pictures

Interceptor9C1, that's pretty much how most liquor stores work, but at the Aykroyd event in Minnetonka, there were plenty of kids inside. Perhaps it's the stores discretion? Sucks though.

On a side note, how awesome was it that Dan yelled at that news paper photographer!? Dan even escorted him personally out of the room where the signing was going on. That's why Dan is the Man.

I was there, and quite honestly am kicking myself now for not seeing this thread sooner. I was in the chat for two weeks in advance, trying to find out who was going, but instead should have been looking here!

Anyhow, JUST missed all you guys. I think that by the time I arrived, there was only one fellow in line with a pack, probably Interceptor9C1. Then there was one guy with an RGB Spengler uniform. If I'd known everyone was doing White Castle afterwards, I'd have tagged along. Oh well, maybe next time!

got lost on the way really bad. (jersey city is an hour and a half away) i left at 11 am and didnt get there until roughly 1:45

i didnt go in gear cause i immediately hussled over to jersey city after canal's for the saturday nightmares convention

had to show up early cause i had a press pass and got an interview with tom savini, ken foree, adrienne barbeau, and got to speak with romero for a good 10 minutes before his autograph session started. completely boosted the hell out of my portfolio

This was such a fun event. I would of loved to See Dan beat those photographers up but oh well. Super nice guy to. Also ushering all GBs to the front of the line is something ill never forget..

The NJGB really had a blast. It was great meeting Dan, having him sign our Ecto-4 and compliment our girl's pack, also having another opportunity to hang out with the Philly GB's.
Also, a note to Alkaline, great looking pack! I can't wait to see my shell start to come together.

Sorry to everyone that we weren't at White Castle. I didn't know they had relocated, so we took a long ride looking for it, and apparently arrived at the new one just after everyone had left.

yeah with my sweet disconnected leg hose. Didnt really get to talk to anyone though, not sure which one you were. Was just trying to get in there real quick before the line built up more.

on a side note, how long are your guys hoses from your pack to your gun? i went by norm's plans that said 5 feet but all of yours look a little shorter and better
