My Spirit packs have been delayed in shipping and I’m needing a head start in this project before Christmas. Getting tight. lol. Nothing tangible to work with yet...

So I’m wondering if anyone has vector file for a laser cutter. Looking for one that butts up to the edge of the pack like the real props.

I have someone that may be able to squeeze me in to laser cut it... In the worst case scenario I will have a stencil to work with to jump start this project.

Once I have the motherboard I can make the 80% scale PVC Alice frame and have it read to go to slap the pack on.

I’m not sure if you want/need the motherboard to be made from aluminum, but I cut mine out of 1/4” plywood with a jigsaw. I traced the original cardboard motherboard (yuck) and trimmed until it fit snugly. It sits recessed into the plastic body of the spirit pack and adds much needed rigidity. I can see about posting pics if you’re interested.
